These are the best! I get tension headaches and eye soreness from too much screen time and decided to try these. Pop one over your eyes and lay down. The mask warms up in minutes and after 10-20 mins all tension and eye soreness is gone. It is like a warm compress. The smell is not overpowering, barely there.

Really like these little masks; they heat up nicely and really help to de-stress and relax, but there is no scent at all that I can pick up and they are expensive for single use. If they were slightly cheaper and had a relaxing scent I wouldn’t be without.Â
